Corrinne is a recognised specialist in this area of law being a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and she has a substantial amount of experience in representing parents and children (via guardians) within care proceedings, including multi-day final hearings.

Furthermore, we are able to offer legal advice to clients under Legal Aid (subject to eligibility).

Corrinne has specialist knowledge in this area and can use her expertise to assist family members wishing to be joined into proceedings. Corrinne can also provide comprehensive advice and assistance in relation to Special Guardianship Orders.

We are able to assist with the preparation and issuing of the application at Court, liaising with the other parties and representation at any Court Hearing.
